After COVID I started to focus on home cooking. Even resorted to subscribing to Hello Fresh, which we still use today. I quickly discovered that my cookware was not up to speed. Food would stick to the pans, would cook unevenly, and it was just not next level in any sense.
That Holiday season Hexclad was holding a promotion - https://hexclad.com/. The cookware is not cheap, but not overly expensive as well. I started off with the 12" hybrid pan, then quickly added the small pots and other pans to the collection. They have great customer service as well.
Today my home cooked meals, well, are pretty dang good. Partly because of the pans, but also because I've become a better cook/chef!
I bought their chef knife, which is my go-to in the kitchen.
